Messages
· Can my messages be retrieved once they have been deleted?If you delete your messages or if they are automatically deleted after 60 days by Broxenia.Com, they cannot be retrieved.
· Can my messages be retrieved once they have been sent?Yes, once you have sent a message to another member it will be saved in your sent folder for 60 days.
· How many messages can I send in one day?You can send as many messages and flirts as you like in a 24 hour period.
· When I go to send a message, the system asks me to "Upgrade Now"?You need to be a Gold member to send messages or reply to emails. For more details about this please see "Becoming a Broxenia.Com Gold Member".
· I no longer wish to receive e-mail notifications when I receive an email/flirt.You can switch off the email notifications by clicking on My Account after logging in and selecting Message / Flirt Notification by mail settings. Enter 0 in the relevant box. And click save. Top

Cancel Membership
· How do I cancel my Gold Membership?You can cancel your Gold membership at any time by logging into the site.
· How do I cancel Standard Membership?You can cancel your Standard Membership by deleting your profile.
· If I cancel my Gold Membership will I receive a refund?As we allow users to try the site before deciding to upgrade to Gold Membership, we do not offer refunds on memberships.
· Can I put my membership on hold?No, however you can set your profile as 'Hidden'. This removes you from the search database, so your profile will not be visible on search results. You will be able to access your account fully, search databases and read all correspondence.
· If I cancel my Gold membership, can I re-activate it when I want?Yes of course, at any time.
· If I cancel my Gold membership will I stop getting e-mails from you?No, as you will still be a standard member. Once your standard membership is cancelled by deleting your profile, you will not be able to receive any emails from us. Please note you can stop emails without having to cancel your membership, just go to My Account and click on Message / Flirt Notification by Mail Settings and enter 0 in the relevant box. Top
Photo Upload
· My photo was "Awaiting Approval", but now I have logged in and it has disappeared?This is because your photo was not approved to go on the site, an email will have been sent to your personal account explaining why your photo was declined.
· How many photos can I have in total?You can have 5 in total; 1 main and 4 additional photos.
· Why was my photo rejected?If your photo was rejected, you will have been sent an email explaining why. Generally, photos are rejected if they are felt to be offensive or not genuine.
· How long does it take for my photo to be approved?Your photo should be approved within 48 hours, however this may take slightly longer during busy periods.
· How do I swap my photos over?You can swap your photos by making any of your additional photos your main photo. This will then automatically make your main an additional.
· I have 5 photos loaded and want to change one, how do I do this?You must first delete one of your photos in order to upload a new one. Please remember that if you delete a photo, it will not be retrievable. Your new photo will still need to be approved, so we advise you to swap your main photo to an additional photo if you want to delete it, otherwise you will end up with no main photo on your profile.
· My Photos are too large to be uploaded by your system, how I make them smaller?
Files must be under 5MB, so try using a photo editing package to crop the photo and decrease the size. Top

· I have forgotten my password details, how do I get them re-sent?Your login details are your email address and password. We have also sent you these details to the email address you registered with. You can have your password resent at any time by clicking the Forgotten Your Password? Click Here link on the Home Page, then entering your email address. Your password will be sent to the email address you registered with.
· When I try and login, it says my login details are incorrect?Please double check your password is the one you specified when joining, please also check your email address is correct. If in doubt, request your password.
· Can I change my password?Yes, changing your password at regular intervals will also help keep your details safe. To change your password please login then click My Account then Change My Password. Top

· Are all of my personal details confidential?· Your personal details while not be displayed on your public profile. Your email address, password and postcode are all kept confidential.
· Do you pass on my e-mail address to third parties?· We will never pass on your email address to third parties unless we ask you for consent beforehand. Top
Searches
· How do I search for a date?We have 3 main types of searches at Broxenia.Com - The Standard Search, The Advanced Search and the Nickname Search. You can use all of these searches whether you are a Gold Member or Standard Member.
· What is the Standard Search?This search is our most basic search. You can search without logging on and use the Quick Search Feature. You will need to log in to view full profiles and send flirts/emails. Once logged in you can search with a filter. This is a Quick Search using specific criteria you have previously saved including age, location, area, distance from your postcode, profiles with photos and new members. You can edit your search preferences (including your postcode) by clicking on the link on the Search Homepage.
· What exactly is the Advanced Search?Advanced Search is a more detailed search that allows you to search profiles for additional criteria such as physical characteristics, drinking and smoking, children, education, keywords (you could include interests here) and whether the member is online.
· What is the Nickname Search?The Nickname Search allows you to search for a member’s profile if you already know their Nickname.
· Can I save searches?Yes, you can save up to five searches of any kind.
· Can I still search the site as a Standard Member?Yes of course and the number of searches you perform is not limited. Remember, you can become a Broxenia Gold member at any time and start sending emails to other members, once a profile catches your eye. Top
Profiles
· How long does it take for my profile to be approved?Your profile should be approved within 24 hours, this time may be longer during busy periods, as we check every single profile.
· How will I know if my profile is rejected?Most profiles are approved without a problem, however if your profile has been rejected you will receive an email explaining why. You will then need to edit it and re-submit it. If your profile is found to be excessively abusive or offensive, your membership will be revoked.
· What does the "Last logged in" mean?This denotes when a member last used the site. Top
Abuse
· What happens if you see an abusive profile/picture or receive an abusive email?Hit the report abuse button on that members profile or send complete the online form giving details of the abusive. If you have received and abusive email, please do not delete it, as we will access you account to view it, in order to take action against the member.
· What happens to abusive members?Depending on the level of the abuse, the member may have his profile edited/picture removed. If the abuse is deemed to be excessive, the member may be have his membership forfeited (without a refund) and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
